| Designed to inspire Humana's employees from the moment they begin using the custom online software my current employer developed for them in 2005. I analogized the application's intended purpose: to create a harmony of activity at Humana. The image of a conductor leading a symphony, first, signals the app's intended purpose and second, inspires the user by comparing their role in its use, however routine, to the crucial role each musician plays in a symphonic orchestra. |
